Any doubts should be referred to a line manager or the compliance officer.
6. Employee Responsibilities
All employees must:
- Read, understand, and comply with this policy.
- Report any concerns or suspicions of bribery immediately.
- Complete any required anti-bribery training provided by the company.
Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal.
7. Third Parties and Due Diligence
QualityWaste will:

- Include anti-bribery clauses in contracts and agreements.
- Monitor third-party relationships for compliance.
