Is a rebate guaranteed?
No. It depends on the stock and its recoverable value. We will explain any available rebate and the collection costs in your quote.
Can unused stock be recycled?
Yes. Unused goods can still become redundant. The materials and product type determine the available recycling or disposal options.
Do I need a detailed inventory?
No. A brief description and an overall photograph are a useful starting point. A rough pallet or box count helps if you know it.
What if the goods must not return to sale?
Ask us for secure destruction. We can help with unwanted products and branded stock that should be kept out of circulation.
Can you help with expired food or cosmetics?
Yes, through our specialist stock disposal services. Tell us the product type so we can use the right service for food, cosmetics or other materials.
Can you collect stock from several locations?
Tell us where the stock is held and we will help you organise the clearance. Collections can be quoted for individual sites or a wider project.
Is a Certificate of Destruction included?
Yes. When we destroy your returns or unwanted stock, a Certificate of Destruction is included as standard. Recycling or rebate services do not include destruction unless this forms part of your service. Additional stock reconciliation, photographs or witnessed destruction can be discussed separately.
