Can you collect regularly?
Yes. We can arrange repeat collections as well as a one-off warehouse clearance.
Can you destroy goods instead of reselling them?
Yes. Ask for secure product destruction if goods or branded packaging must not return to the market.
Does everything have to be palletised?
No. Tell us whether the goods are in boxes, parcels or on pallets, and our team will help with the collection arrangements.
How much does overstock disposal cost?
The product types, amount and collection location affect the cost. We keep our prices competitive and provide a clear quote before you book.
Can customer returns come directly to you?
Yes, through our e-commerce returns service. Speak to us first to set up the service and receive the delivery details.
Is a Certificate of Destruction included?
Yes. When we destroy your returns or unwanted stock, a Certificate of Destruction is included as standard. Recycling or rebate services do not include destruction unless this forms part of your service. Additional stock reconciliation, photographs or witnessed destruction can be discussed separately.
