A broken freezer or unwanted display fridge can take up a lot of room. Our fridge disposal and freezer recycling service helps offices, cafés, shops, hotels and other businesses clear refrigeration equipment with less hassle.
We collect single units and larger loads, including chest freezers, upright fridges, drinks coolers and commercial catering refrigeration. Send a photograph if you are unsure what type you have.
Fridges and freezers need specialist treatment for refrigerants and insulation materials. Keep units intact: do not cut pipes or remove compressors. We arrange the appropriate treatment route for the equipment.
Before collection, empty the contents, switch off and defrost the units. Tell us about large cabinets, stairs or equipment that is still installed. Cold rooms and fixed systems need a separate removal quote.
Laboratory fridges and equipment used for chemicals or medical materials need extra care. Let us know their previous use and any contamination, so we can advise on preparation.

Can you collect one fridge?
Yes. We quote for a single workplace fridge or a larger refrigeration clearance.
Do you offer commercial fridge disposal?
Yes. Catering fridges, display chillers, drinks coolers and commercial freezers can be included.
Can food be left inside?
Please empty the appliance and defrost it before collection. We can help with expired food stock as a separate service.
Do you remove cold rooms or fixed systems?
Ask us for a separate quote for disconnection, dismantling or specialist removal. Tell us what is still installed and send photographs.
Can you collect laboratory fridges?
Yes. A decontamination certificate is required before we can collect laboratory fridges. Please send us the certificate and let us know about their previous use, including any chemical, medical or biological materials, so we can confirm the collection.
How much does fridge collection cost?
