Do you work with Amazon and eBay sellers?

Can stock be sent directly to you?
Yes, through our e-commerce returns service. Contact us first to set up your account and receive the delivery details before directing parcels or pallets to us.
Can you destroy products that must not be resold?
Yes. Ask for secure destruction when goods or branded packaging must be kept out of circulation.
Will I receive a rebate for surplus stock?
Some stock has recoverable value. Any rebate depends on the products, condition and materials; we will explain whether one is available alongside the collection costs.
Can you arrange regular collections?
Yes. We can help with a one-off stock clearance or repeat collections when returns and surplus goods build up.
Is a Certificate of Destruction included?
Yes. When we destroy your returns or unwanted stock, a Certificate of Destruction is included as standard. Recycling or rebate services do not include destruction unless this forms part of your service. Additional stock reconciliation, photographs or witnessed destruction can be discussed separately.
