FREE COLLECTION FOR QUALIFYING BUSINESS IT
Free IT Collection
in Cambridge
Clearing outdated office technology should not mean keeping it in storage until the next move. Our Free IT Collection service covers qualifying Cambridge business loads, helping you recycle computers and laptops with data destruction included.
REQUEST FREE IT COLLECTION →Free for qualifying business loads. We confirm eligibility and anything outside the offer before arranging collection.
A free collection route for Cambridge’s redundant IT
We welcome enquiries from Chesterton, Cherry Hinton, Romsey, Newnham, Trumpington and central Cambridge. Show us the equipment and say whether it is ready in one place or needs collecting from an upstairs office.
Computers, Laptops & Mixed IT
Request free computer recycling for qualifying business PCs and laptops. Include servers, storage devices and other IT in your enquiry so we can confirm the complete load.
Most qualifying free collections can also include up to three pallets of mixed IT—printers, monitors, cables and accessories. An overall photo or a rough pallet count is fine.

Include IT accessories, flag specialist equipment
Printers, screens and mixed accessories can join most qualifying free loads within the agreed allowance. Specialist research or laboratory equipment may need another route, particularly where contamination is involved. Our team can help you distinguish the two.
Data Shredding Included
Data-bearing media are shredded as standard. A Certificate of Data Destruction is included.
Friendly Help, Simple Enquiry
Send a few photos or a short message. We will confirm the free collection criteria and help with the next step.
Other Recycling Services in Cambridge
Alongside IT recycling and qualifying free collections, we help with laboratory chemicals, paint and waste oil through separate services. Online sellers can arrange returns and overstock disposal, including perfume and cosmetics destruction where unwanted beauty stock needs secure handling.
These wider waste services are quoted separately; they are not all part of a free IT collection.
Free IT Collection Questions
Can Cambridge businesses include old network equipment?
Include routers, switches and other network equipment in your photos. We will confirm the complete free collection load, including which mixed IT and storage devices can be accepted.
Is every IT or electrical waste collection free?
No. Free collection is for qualifying business IT loads. We confirm the equipment, mixed IT allowance and collection arrangements first, and explain any separate charges before you book. Other electrical waste can use our WEEE recycling service.
