Keep cooking oil, antifreeze, brake fluid and other liquids separate from waste engine oil. If your oil already contains water or chemicals, tell us. For fixed tanks or pumping work, speak to us first so we can establish what is needed.

What types of waste oil do you collect?
Used engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil and industrial lubricants are common collections. Let us know about other oils or contaminated liquids so we can help with the right service.
Can you collect 205-litre drums and IBCs?
Yes. We collect waste oil in drums, IBCs and smaller containers. If you need a regular service, ask about suitable storage and container exchanges.
Can you collect from garages regularly?
Yes. We can arrange repeat waste oil collections to help prevent a build-up in your workshop. Ask about a schedule or a collection when your containers are full.
Can oil filters and oily rags go with the oil?
We can discuss these in the same enquiry, but keep them separate from the liquid oil. They need their own suitable packaging and disposal arrangements.
Is used oil collection free?
It depends on the oil and the load. We will tell you whether there is a collection charge or any value to recover; free collection or a rebate is not automatic.
Can you collect oil from a fixed tank?
Talk to us about the tank and what it contains. Tank emptying and pumping are separate from a standard drum collection and need checking first.
