Prohibited conduct
Do not offer, request, accept or facilitate bribes, kickbacks or improper inducements. Do not use a third party to do something prohibited. Facilitation payments are prohibited.
Gifts and conflicts
Gifts and hospitality must be reasonable, transparent and never intended to influence a decision improperly. Seek management guidance where uncertain. Disclose personal or financial interests that could affect a business decision. Do not conceal payments or create misleading records.
Partners and concerns
Use proportionate checks on suppliers and intermediaries. Report suspected bribery to management or sales@qualitywaste.co.uk and ask for confidential handling. Genuine concerns must not attract retaliation. Management should investigate and take suitable action.
