Honesty and respect
Provide accurate information about prices, services, authorisations and evidence. Avoid misleading environmental claims or unverified certification claims. Treat customers, colleagues and partners respectfully and protect confidential information.
Fair business
Do not engage in bribery, deceptive trading or misuse of customer property. Disclose conflicts of interest and seek guidance before a conflicted decision. Respect lawful employment standards and oppose exploitation.
Supplier expectations
Partners should operate lawfully, use suitable waste authorisations where required and uphold fair labour and environmental practices. Use proportionate supplier checks and raise concerns rather than overlooking them for commercial convenience.
