Free computer disposal for Oxford businesses
Cowley, Botley Road, Headington, Osney, Summertown and central Oxford are among the enquiry areas. For older buildings with stairs or narrow entrances, a quick note about access helps us arrange a practical handover.
Computers, Laptops & Mixed IT
Request free computer recycling for qualifying business PCs and laptops. Include servers, storage devices and other IT in your enquiry so we can confirm the complete load.
Most qualifying free collections can also include up to three pallets of mixed IT—printers, monitors, cables and accessories. An overall photo or a rough pallet count is fine.

Office IT and laboratory equipment are different loads
You can ask about computers used in a laboratory office, but flag any contamination. Specialist laboratory electricals and chemical waste are separate from ordinary computer collections. Send photographs and tell us about previous use if you are unsure.
Data Shredding Included
Data-bearing media are shredded as standard. A Certificate of Data Destruction is included.
Friendly Help, Simple Enquiry
Send a few photos or a short message. We will confirm the free collection criteria and help with the next step.
Other Recycling Services in Oxford
Laboratory electricals must be free from hazardous contamination before joining ordinary WEEE. We offer separate laboratory and chemical waste services, alongside paint and oil disposal. Perfume and cosmetics destruction, returned stock disposal and qualifying free IT collection are also available for relevant business loads.
These wider waste services are quoted separately; they are not all part of a free IT collection.
Free IT Collection Questions
Can Oxford laboratory computers use free IT collection?
Qualifying office IT can be considered, provided it is suitable for the service. Tell us about any chemical, biological or medical contamination first; contaminated equipment must not be mixed unnoticed with ordinary IT.
Is every IT or electrical waste collection free?
No. Free collection is for qualifying business IT loads. We confirm the equipment, mixed IT allowance and collection arrangements first, and explain any separate charges before you book. Other electrical waste can use our WEEE recycling service.
