Free IT collection for Reading equipment refreshes
Central Reading, Green Park, Caversham, Whitley and other local workplaces can enquire. If a building manager controls deliveries and collections, let us know about the loading bay and access times before the visit is arranged.
Computers, Laptops & Mixed IT
Request free computer recycling for qualifying business PCs and laptops. Include servers, storage devices and other IT in your enquiry so we can confirm the complete load.
Most qualifying free collections can also include up to three pallets of mixed IT—printers, monitors, cables and accessories. An overall photo or a rough pallet count is fine.

Clear more than the desktop PCs
Most qualifying loads can include up to three pallets of mixed printers, screens, cables and accessories. A few photos help us check what is included, so there is no need to turn your office clear-out into a long equipment-counting exercise.
Data Shredding Included
Data-bearing media are shredded as standard. A Certificate of Data Destruction is included.
Friendly Help, Simple Enquiry
Send a few photos or a short message. We will confirm the free collection criteria and help with the next step.
Other Recycling Services in Reading
Our Free IT Collection service is worth checking before you pay to clear a qualifying computer load. We can also help with returned products, excess stock and perfume or cosmetics destruction. For paint, oil or chemical waste, ask us to arrange the appropriate separate service.
These wider waste services are quoted separately; they are not all part of a free IT collection.
Free IT Collection Questions
Can a Reading office arrange collection around a move?
Yes, tell us the date you need the equipment cleared by. We will confirm eligibility and availability before agreeing a collection; do not assume a particular date is booked until it is confirmed.
Is every IT or electrical waste collection free?
No. Free collection is for qualifying business IT loads. We confirm the equipment, mixed IT allowance and collection arrangements first, and explain any separate charges before you book. Other electrical waste can use our WEEE recycling service.
