Free IT Collection Eligibility
Free collection depends on the equipment, quantity, location and work required.

Request an assessment
Send a list or photos of PCs, laptops, servers and other equipment, approximate age or specification, quantities and postcode. Tell us about accessories, screens, stairs and loading access. We’ll confirm whether your equipment qualifies for free collection before you book.
What is agreed
The quotation confirms whether collection is free and which items, documentation and data treatment are included. Mixed accessories, non-qualifying equipment, additional handling and special security requirements may change eligibility or cost. There is no automatic promise that every IT or WEEE collection is free.
Rebates and devices
Rebates depend on assessed value and agreed terms and are not guaranteed. Data-bearing media are shredded as standard, with a Certificate of Data Destruction included. Keep equipment secure until collection and remove anything you do not intend to dispose of.
