How to ask for a copy of your personal information or exercise another data-protection right.

Making a request
Email sales@qualitywaste.co.uk, call 03330 386560 or write to our contact address. You do not need a special form or legal wording. Describe the information or relationship involved and how you would like us to respond. A representative should provide evidence of authority.
Identity and scope
We may ask for reasonable information to verify identity or clarify the information sought. Please do not send identity documents until requested through an appropriate channel. We search relevant records and protect information about other people when responding.
Time and cost
We respond without undue delay and normally within one month, subject to the lawful rules on identity checks and clarification. Complex or multiple requests may qualify for up to two further months; we explain an extension within the initial period. Requests are normally free. A reasonable fee or refusal is possible only where the law permits it, with an explanation.
Response and concerns
We explain any lawful limitation or exemption and provide information in an accessible form where practicable. If you disagree, contact us for a review or complain to the ICO. Our Privacy Policy explains the wider rights available.
